Contacts and agreements will be valid following to Diversity Tours Ethiopia confirmation of the booking by e-mail, fax, telephone or any express letter. At a time of confirmation, payment should be effected as follows:

• A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the package is requested an advanced payment via bank transfer or other approved means 30 days before to the commencement of the tour.
• The rest amount of the total change should be paid 30 days (one month) before the commencement of the tour. Unless prior arrangements have been made, Diversity Tours Ethiopia is not obliged to conduct the tour if complete payment has not been received.

Cancellation

• Cancellation of confirmed bookings made more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%.
• Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rate of the package.
• Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to relinquishment of the entire package rate.

Responsibility and Liability

Only the laws of Ethiopia government is Diversity Tours Ethiopia is liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles, and all claims are subject to the authority of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, DTE accepts no liability for loss or damages any personal effects. DTE will use its best efforts to assist as an agent to our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, Airlines and other transport companies. However, DTE can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or any other act of God, or additional cost incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Only selected itineraries are published in this web site, however, numerous types of tours can be organized suiting the time and budget of travelers. Combined tours can also be arranged on request. Diversity Tours Ethiopia can not be held responsible for the interruption or change of itineraries caused beyond its capacity.
